Learning & Effectiveness Associate – MENA Region

About the role

WPP Media is seeking a Learning & Effectiveness Associate to support its regional training programmes across the MENA market. Based in Dubai, you will act as the operational hub for learning initiatives, ensuring that teams have the resources and support needed to develop critical skills.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end logistics for virtual and in‑person training sessions, including scheduling, invitations, venue booking and facilitator coordination.
• Support the Learning Management System (LMS) by uploading new content, tracking course completion and maintaining data accuracy.
• Serve as the primary contact for employee queries related to learning programmes and draft communications to promote new courses.
• Assist in creating and formatting training materials, presentations and other learning resources.
• Administer post‑training feedback surveys, compile results and contribute to effectiveness reporting.
• Liaise with external training partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of programmes.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive, solution‑focused attitude.
• Interest in corporate learning, talent development and the media industry.
