About the role
We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our school community in Dubai. The role focuses on providing tailored assistance to students, ensuring their academic and personal development in a safe and inclusive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized support plans for students.
- Provide one‑to‑one and group support within the classroom and during extracurricular activities.
- Monitor, record and report on student progress and outcomes.
- Prepare, organise and maintain learning materials and resources.
Required profile
- Previous experience in learning support or a similar educational role.
- Relevant certification or degree in education, special needs, or a related field.
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
- Patience and capacity to work with a diverse student population.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
