Betterhomes, a leading UK‑style real estate agency in Dubai, is seeking energetic Leasing Consultants to join its award‑winning team. You will work in a fast‑paced market, helping clients find and secure properties while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate property deals and guide clients through the leasing process.
• List and manage property information using the company CRM.
• Qualify prospective tenants, arrange viewings, and follow up on leads.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends and property availability.

Required profile

• Strong desire to achieve high financial goals.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious and determined to succeed.
