Leasing Consultant

About the role

Betterhomes is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant to join its high‑performing sales and leasing team in Dubai. You will help clients find their ideal homes while contributing to the company’s reputation as a leading real‑estate brand.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads to secure leasing and sales transactions.
• Negotiate lease terms and close deals with prospective tenants and buyers.
• Maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients throughout the rental or purchase process.
• Collaborate with the dedicated Client Partnership team to access hot listings and exclusive projects.
• Utilise marketing and administrative support to promote properties effectively.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a high‑performing environment (real estate, automotive, recruitment, cabin crew, luxury retail, etc.).
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Valid driving licence.
• Proactive, can‑do attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, competitive yet supportive setting.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities, resilience and a passion for delivering results.
