About the role

Betterhomes, Dubai's leading real estate powerhouse, is seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant to join its fast‑growing team. You will be the front‑line contact for landlords, sellers, buyers and tenants, helping match properties with the right clients while driving revenue through high‑volume sales.

Key responsibilities

• Call potential landlords and sellers daily to generate new listings.
• Capture high‑quality photos and write compelling property descriptions for online portals.
• Network with landlords, sellers, buyers and tenants to build a robust pipeline.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable leasing solutions.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication to build trust and close deals.

Required profile

• Strong background in sales or client‑facing roles.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• Valid driving licence.
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
