Leasing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Executive to drive business development across our residential portfolio in Dubai. The role focuses on generating new leasing opportunities, negotiating deals, and delivering a seamless customer experience to maximise occupancy and revenue for a leading semi‑government real estate client.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage prospective tenant leads, building a robust leasing pipeline.
• Negotiate leasing opportunities from initial contact through contract execution, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Support the residential leasing team in closing deals and meeting revenue targets.
• Prepare leasing proposals for individual and corporate clients and coordinate contract preparation with back‑office teams.
• Liaise with tenants to collect documentation, obtain approvals, update leasing systems, and finalize lease agreements.
• Respond to leads generated by the lead‑generation system within agreed KPIs.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants via meetings, calls, emails, and property visits.
• Collaborate with Property Management to ensure vacant units are ready for viewing and move‑in.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in residential leasing or related real‑estate sales.
• Proven business development and negotiation abilities.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of the local real‑estate market; Middle‑East experience preferred.
• Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
