Leasing Executive – Mixed‑Use Real Estate

About the role

The Leasing Executive is responsible for managing the full leasing cycle, ensuring a smooth process from client engagement to final contract signing. The role requires strong market awareness, customer service skills, system proficiency, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly with internal teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement proactive leasing strategies for a mixed‑use portfolio of retail, office and residential components.
• Identify, target and secure high‑quality tenants through market research and brand alignment.
• Conduct site viewings, negotiate commercial terms (rent, fit‑out periods, rent‑free periods) and finalize lease agreements.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective tenants, brokers and existing occupants to ensure high retention.
• Curate a strategic tenant mix that enhances foot traffic and maximises property value.
• Prepare regular leasing reports, pipeline updates and market analysis for senior management.
• Collaborate with Property Management, Marketing and Legal teams for seamless tenant onboarding and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of active real‑estate leasing experience, especially in mixed‑use projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Deep understanding of local real‑estate laws, zoning regulations and commercial lease structures.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills for complex lease agreements.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities for corporate and boutique tenants.
