Leasing Team Lead – Dubai

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing, technology‑driven real estate business that is reshaping the residential rental experience across the UAE. As part of its continued expansion, we are seeking a Leasing Team Lead to oversee leasing operations, drive commercial performance, and lead a high‑performing team in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of leasing professionals.
• Monitor leasing performance, occupancy rates and commercial KPIs.
• Drive revenue growth through effective leasing strategies.
• Manage the full leasing lifecycle across a diverse property portfolio.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and development of new team members.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and customer outcomes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in leasing, real estate or property management.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring a team.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate or a related field preferred.
