Legal Advisor – Corporate & Commercial Law (Dubai)

About the role

Onelink Solutions is expanding its legal division and seeks a commercially driven Legal Advisor to provide corporate and commercial legal counsel while generating new business. Based in Dubai, you will work on‑site with entrepreneurs, investors, and multinational clients, turning consultations into long‑term retainers.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on UAE corporate, commercial and compliance matters.
• Conduct legal consultations and convert them into paid services or retainers.
• Draft, review and negotiate agreements, MOUs, shareholder agreements and other corporate documents.
• Structure legal solutions tailored to client needs and propose appropriate service packages.
• Collaborate with business‑setup and real‑estate teams to identify cross‑selling opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records, manage pipelines and follow‑up proposals.
• Support the growth of the legal department through recurring retainer acquisition.

Required profile

• Previous experience in UAE corporate or commercial legal advisory.
• Strong commercial awareness and proven sales capability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client‑relationship skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic optional.
