Legal Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Legal Advisor to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal support, ensuring the company’s operations comply with UAE legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Advise management on UAE laws and regulations, with a focus on labour matters.
• Handle labour‑related legal issues and ensure compliance with the UAE Labour Law.
• Manage and follow up on cases before Dubai Courts and relevant authorities.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and deliver practical solutions.
• Liaise with government bodies, courts, external lawyers and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of relevant legal experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE laws, especially the Labour Law and Dubai Courts procedures.
• Familiarity with UAE government legal platforms.
• Ability to prepare legal documents, notices and correspondence.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (preferred).
