Legal & Compliance Internship – Dubai

About the role

Join Signify’s regional legal team in Dubai as a Legal & Compliance Intern. You will gain hands‑on experience supporting cross‑border commercial transactions, corporate governance, and regulatory matters for a global lighting leader.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with commercial negotiations and contract drafting.
• Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial and compliance topics.
• Support risk‑management and compliance initiatives across the Middle East, Africa and the UK.
• Collaborate with business leaders from multiple functions on legal matters.
• Prepare summaries and reports for senior counsel.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
• Strong academic record with interest in commercial, corporate and compliance law.
• Excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills in English (Arabic a plus).
• High integrity, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced international environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
