About the role
We are seeking a full‑time Legal Consultant to join our Dubai office. The role involves providing expert legal advice, drafting and reviewing documents, and representing clients in various legal matters on a daily basis.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice and support to clients across multiple sectors.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in legal proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop effective legal strategies.
- Stay updated on changes in UAE legislation and regulatory frameworks.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from an English‑section university.
- 3–5 years of legal experience within a UAE‑based law firm.
- Proven expertise in UAE laws and legal procedures.
- Native or fluent Arabic speaker with strong English proficiency.
- Excellent communication and client‑handling abilities.
