Legal Coordinator (Arabic Speaker)

About the role
We are looking for a qualified and highly organized Legal Coordinator to support our legal, contractual and regulatory affairs in the UAE. The role requires a law degree, relevant UAE experience and the ability to liaise with government authorities, courts and external counsel while handling confidential matters.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review and coordinate contracts, agreements, legal notices, official letters and other legal documents.
- Identify potential legal obligations, risks and required amendments in contractual terms.
- Follow up on legal and administrative matters with UAE government authorities, regulatory bodies, courts and notary publics.
- Coordinate applications, submissions, renewals, approvals and attestations through government portals and service centres.
- Liaise with municipalities, economic departments, real‑estate authorities and other relevant entities.
- Work with external lawyers and consultants on cases, disputes, claims and pending legal actions.
- Monitor legal cases, hearings, deadlines, submissions and required follow‑up actions.
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries, reports, correspondence and recommendations for management.
- Support the review and administration of commercial, leasing, employment, service and supplier agreements.
- Maintain and regularly update legal files, case records, corporate documents, licences, powers of attorney and legal registers.
- Track validity and renewal dates of contracts, licences, permits and authorisations.
- Maintain accurate records of applications, reference numbers, payments, appointments, approvals and outstanding actions.
- Provide regular updates to management on the status of legal cases and government transactions.
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, contractual obligations and company policies while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognised university.
- Recognised lawyer qualification, Bar membership or practising certificate.
- 2–4 years of relevant legal experience in the UAE.
- Proven experience dealing with UAE government authorities, courts, notary publics and regulatory bodies.
- Familiarity with UAE government portals and official submission procedures.
- Strong knowledge of UAE laws, contracts, legal procedures and corporate documentation.
Required skills
- Fluent Arabic (spoken and written).
- Excellent legal drafting and contract review abilities.
- Ability to manage confidential information with high integrity.
