About the role
We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join a real‑estate development team in Dubai. The role focuses on drafting and reviewing construction and real‑estate agreements while providing risk assessments and commercial law advice.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate lease, construction and consultancy agreements.
- Conduct legal risk assessments for real‑estate projects and commercial structures.
- Provide advisory support on general commercial and contract law matters.
- Assemble and maintain accurate legal documentation.
Required profile
- Law degree, preferably with additional professional qualifications.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in real‑estate and contract law.
- Proven track record drafting construction, lease and consultancy agreements.
- Strong understanding of legal risk appraisal in real‑estate developments.
- Thorough knowledge of standard construction and real‑estate contracts.
