Legal Operations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a talented Legal Operations Specialist to join our Legal team in Dubai. Reporting to the META General Counsel, you will work on a hybrid schedule to support the legal function across the META region, combining legal operations, corporate support, and administrative coordination to keep the department running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Corporate Governance: manage legal entity records, statutory filings, board and shareholder documentation, and corporate licensing processes while tracking deadlines and escalating risks.
• Legal Operations & Process Management: optimise department workflows, maintain trackers and reporting tools, and support the adoption of legal technology platforms and contract management tools.
• Administrative & Departmental Support: provide coordination for the META legal leadership, prepare presentations and dashboards, onboard external counsel, and assist with budget tracking and invoice coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in legal operations or corporate governance, with at least 4 years in the UAE.
• Fluent English; Arabic preferred.
• Experience with legal documentation, records, and workflow management.
• Background in MNCs or international law firms and familiarity with legal technology tools.
