Life Support & Medical Trauma Instructor

About the role

Via Medica International Healthcare is seeking a passionate Life Support & Medical Trauma Instructor to join its training team in Abu Dhabi. The role starts on 1 September 2026 and is a full‑time, onsite position focused on delivering high‑quality healthcare education and simulation‑based learning.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct classroom lectures, practical skills sessions, and simulation‑based training including mega‑code scenarios.
• Assess participants' knowledge, clinical decision‑making, teamwork, communication, and adherence to resuscitation algorithms.
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences for healthcare professionals and provide constructive feedback.
• Perform skills assessments, simulations, and competency evaluations in line with training standards.
• Assist with course scheduling, instructor allocation, and training preparation.
• Coordinate training activities with internal teams and external clients to maintain high standards of delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare, clinical practice, or training.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medicine, Paramedicine, EMS, or a related healthcare discipline.
• Current instructor certification from a recognized organization (e.g., AHA, HSI/ASHI, NAEMT, Highfield).
• Strong teaching, presentation, communication, and facilitation abilities.
• Professional, confident, and engaging approach to training delivery.
