Lifeguard (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

Miral Experiences is seeking a dedicated Lifeguard to join its team at Abu Dhabi’s world‑class attractions. You will be the front‑line guardian of guest safety, ensuring a secure and enjoyable experience across water rides, slides and pools.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor all water attractions, rides and slides, responding promptly to any emergency.
• Operate rides and attractions safely, following manufacturer guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Provide clear directions to guests, enforce safety rules and maintain a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
• Perform regular rescue drills, maintain test‑ready lifeguard and basic life support competencies.
• Assist with moving furniture, ride vehicles and equipment as required.
• Work flexible hours, including nights, evenings and holidays, in diverse weather conditions.

Required profile

• Corrected or uncorrected vision of 20/25.
• Ability to swim a minimum of 50 m non‑stop using front crawl or breaststroke.
• Capability to dive to 1.4 m depth, retrieve a 10‑lb object over 3 m distance.
• Basic spoken English proficiency.
• Willingness to work in a multicultural team and adhere to training standards.

Required skills

• International Lifeguard Training Program certification or equivalent.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• SCUBA certification (preferred).
• UAE Driver’s License or Buggy License (preferred).
