About the role

Join Miral Experiences as a Lifeguard at Yas Waterworld, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all guests who visit the waterpark. This guest‑facing position combines vigilant water monitoring, emergency response, and support for rides and attractions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor pools, slides and attractions, responding promptly to any emergency.
• Operate rides and attractions as required for safe dispatch and guest flow.
• Maintain rescue and basic life‑support competencies at test‑ready levels.
• Follow manufacturer guidelines and standard operating procedures for safety.
• Assist with moving furniture, ride vehicles and equipment throughout the park.
• Work in diverse conditions – heights, water, extreme temperatures, nights, evenings and holidays.
• Provide clear directions, maintain a friendly demeanor and support a multicultural team.

Required profile

• Corrected or uncorrected vision of 20/25.
• Swim at least 50 m nonstop using front crawl or breaststroke.
• Underwater capability: 1.4 m depth for 3 m distance and retrieve a 10‑lb brick.
• Basic spoken English proficiency.

Required skills

• Certification in the International Lifeguard Training Program or equivalent.
• Strong swimming ability and water rescue techniques.
• Basic English communication skills.
