Lifting Supervisor (ADNOC‑Approved)

About the role

Archirodon is seeking an ADNOC‑approved Lifting Supervisor to lead all lifting activities on an oil & gas site in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure that every lift is performed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with ADNOC standards and project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise all on‑site lifting operations.
• Conduct risk assessments, enforce safety regulations and implement control measures.
• Monitor condition, maintenance and inspection of cranes, hoists, slings and other lifting equipment.
• Lead a team of riggers, crane operators and lifting personnel, providing training and guidance.
• Develop, review and obtain approval for detailed lift plans.
• Synchronise lifting activities with other construction tasks to avoid disruptions.
• Document incidents or near‑misses, investigate causes and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate lifting documentation, permits and licenses.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising lifting operations in the oil & gas or heavy‑construction sector.
• ADNOC approval or equivalent certification.
• Strong knowledge of local health‑and‑safety regulations and international lifting standards.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and lift plans.
