About the role
The Linen Runner is part of the Guest Environment Expert team, responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel. This role supports a memorable guest experience by handling linen, stocking carts, and responding to guest requests across rooms and public areas.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver guest requests promptly and accurately.
- Stock and replenish housekeeping carts with linens and supplies.
- Clean guest rooms and public spaces to Marriott quality standards.
- Move throughout the hotel safely, following all company policies and procedures.
- Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Maintain confidentiality, professional appearance, and clear communication at all times.
Required profile
- Ability to stand, walk, and be on feet for extended periods.
- Physical capability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lb.
- Commitment to safety, quality standards, and company policies.
- Professional demeanor and adherence to uniform standards.
