Live Studio Operations Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Live Studio Operations Supervisor to lead our fast‑growing TikTok live‑streaming studio in Dubai South. You will build and manage a high‑performing team that creates engaging live entertainment content for the MENA audience.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train and supervise hosts, floor managers and content planners, defining clear roles and performance metrics.
• Design and maintain scheduling, SOPs and performance review systems to ensure consistent, high‑quality output.
• Plan live show themes, scripts and visual assets that reflect local cultural events such as Ramadan and National Day.
• Oversee on‑site execution, guaranteeing equipment, network connectivity and streaming quality meet standards.
• Implement daily data tracking on viewership, engagement, conversion and GMV, adjusting strategies based on insights.
• Develop partnerships with local MCNs, top creators and agencies to expand content supply.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, rapidly testing new initiatives for growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in live streaming or content operations.
• At least 1 year of direct people‑management experience.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Established network of local hosts, KOLs or agencies in the MENA region.
• Experience building an overseas live team is a plus.
