Lobby Ambassador – Guest Relations

About the role

As a Lobby Ambassador – Guest Relations you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating memorable experiences from check‑in to check‑out. You will actively assist guests throughout their stay, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and a personal touch.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, providing smooth check‑in and check‑out processes.
• Handle guest requests, including luggage assistance, vehicle loading/unloading, and transportation to rooms or bell areas.
• Process operational tasks, complete reports, and share local area highlights.
• Maintain a safe and clean lobby environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lb unassisted (100 lb with assistance), and navigating stairs or service ramps.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks safely.
• Commitment to confidentiality, uniform standards, and professional communication.
