Lobby Ambassador

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Lobby Ambassador to be the first point of contact for guests at our hotel. You will create a warm, professional welcome, guide visitors through the lobby, and support the Front Office team in delivering Rotana’s service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous service to all guests, acting as the main point of contact in the lobby.
• Welcome guests at the main entrance, escort them to the check‑in area, and assist with queue management.
• Operate the Tablet Registration tool to register guests while they wait.
• Represent the Arabian Cultural Connection program and manage the coffee‑and‑dates station.
• Promote hotel offers, restaurant reservations, and sales leads.
• Deliver personalized attention to Club Rotana, VIP, and Rotana Rewards guests.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and ensure satisfaction throughout their stay.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in hospitality.
• Previous Front Office experience in a hotel environment.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Polished appearance, well‑groomed, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑driven, proactive, and able to adapt to diverse guest needs.
