Lobby Host – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join One&Only One Za'abeel, Dubai's newest urban oasis, as a Lobby Host. You will be the first friendly face guests encounter, delivering five‑star service and creating lasting memories in a vibrant, luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm smile, manage arrivals and departures, and ensure a seamless first impression.
• Capture new business opportunities and relay special requests to Front Office Management.
• Handle incoming phone calls and perform basic administrative duties.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of resort amenities, events, and services to assist guests effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments to personalize guest experiences and exceed expectations.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, customer‑service oriented individual with a passion for hospitality.
• Impeccable spoken and written English communication skills.
• Professional, friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality.
• Ability to thrive in a highly visible, fast‑paced environment.
• Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar guest‑facing role.
