Logistics and Customer Service Executive

About the role

The Logistics and Customer Service Executive will support the Hospitality division of Assa Abloy across the IMEAT (India, Middle East, Africa & Turkey) region, based in Dubai. This position combines day‑to‑day logistics coordination with customer‑service duties, ensuring smooth material flow, accurate inventory management and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Release materials daily in coordination with the warehouse for AMS/Service business and process invoicing in the ERP system.
• Create inter‑company orders for AMS business and third‑party purchase orders, negotiating fastest delivery dates.
• Arrange cost‑effective shipments once materials are ready and record all incoming inventory in the ERP.
• Prepare monthly inventory reports, reconcile physical counts with ERP data, and maintain reorder levels.
• Conduct quarterly physical inventory audits and coordinate with the China factory for distribution queries.
• Place orders for business partners, arrange sample deliveries, and scan/upload documentation (customer PO, proof of delivery, invoice) to BOX.
• Post Goods Receipt Notes promptly, review open orders, and support finance with payment‑related documents.
• Coordinate with customers, warehouses, drivers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and respond to customer inquiries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of logistics experience within the UAE region.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
