Logistics Assistant – FMCG – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Logistics Assistant to support daily logistics, inventory, and order processing activities within the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector in Dubai. The role involves coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily logistics and supply‑chain operations.
• Coordinate orders and deliveries with suppliers, customers, transporters, and internal teams.
• Prepare and maintain shipping, delivery, and import/export documentation.
• Track shipments and provide regular status updates.
• Work with warehouse teams for stock movement, loading, and dispatch.
• Monitor inventory levels and keep stock records accurate.
• Process purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, and related paperwork.
• Follow up with transport companies and resolve delivery discrepancies.
• Generate regular logistics, inventory, and shipment reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
• Experience in the FMCG or Food & Beverage industry is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of import/export procedures and logistics documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
