About the role

Swapp, a tech‑enabled car rental platform, is seeking a hands‑on Logistics Coordinator to join its Dubai team. You will be responsible for orchestrating daily vehicle movements, working closely with drivers, customers, and internal operations to ensure timely and efficient service.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate drivers' daily schedules, allocating rides, deliveries, and collections.
• Monitor ongoing rides, identify potential delays, and take corrective actions.
• Communicate with customers to schedule and confirm deliveries, collections, handbacks, and service requests.
• Inspect vehicles for new damage, document findings, and relay information.
• Coordinate vehicle returns and collections, ensuring smooth handovers.
• Manage operational and service‑related requests, ensuring timely completion.
• Collaborate with drivers and internal teams to resolve issues and adapt to changing plans.
• Identify recurring operational issues and suggest process improvements.
