About the role

As a Logistics Coordinator based in Dubai, you will be a key player in the company’s supply chain, overseeing the movement of goods and ensuring timely delivery. You will collaborate with procurement, warehousing and transportation teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the flow of goods and materials to ensure efficient logistics operations.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehousing, and transportation teams to optimise supply‑chain processes.
• Monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate records and trigger timely re‑ordering.
• Negotiate rates, schedule deliveries and resolve issues with suppliers and carriers.
• Prepare and maintain logistics documentation such as shipping manifests, bills of lading and customs paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Analyse logistics data to identify improvement opportunities and implement cost‑saving measures.
• Provide regular performance updates and reports to management.
• Assist in developing logistics strategies to enhance overall supply‑chain efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics operations and coordination.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing, transportation and inventory management processes.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Proficiency in logistics software and systems for tracking and documentation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with industry‑specific regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
