Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to deliver an outstanding “last mile” experience for our design‑savvy customers. Based in Dubai, you will manage the flow of goods from receipt to delivery, working closely with customer service, account managers and third‑party logistics partners. The role offers a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

Key responsibilities

• Generate purchase orders, verify supplier confirmations and upload POs to the online portal.
• Track purchase order progress and manage receipt of goods.
• Prepare accurate invoices, packing lists and delivery notes for daily dispatch.
• Coordinate consolidated deliveries with third‑party warehouses and logistics providers.
• Liaise with Customer Service and Account Managers to communicate timelines and progress.
• Process stock returns and resolve discrepancies.
• Own the end‑to‑end customer journey from PO placement to last‑mile delivery.
• Collect and share customer feedback and improvement ideas with the team.
• Collaborate on cross‑functional projects with sales, marketing, product and operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in retail or wholesale operations within an e‑commerce environment or showroom dealing with luxury furniture, lighting or home accessories.
• Strong passion for design and familiarity with designers, furniture brands or home retailers.
• Proactive problem‑solver with the ability to prioritize root‑cause solutions.
• Team‑player who contributes ideas to optimise service and product quality.
