Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our industrial SME specializing in high‑pressure pump equipment in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai. You will manage end‑to‑end logistics operations, inventory control, and import/export documentation while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments from order placement through final delivery.
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation such as Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and 3PL providers to ensure timely execution.
• Plan transportation routes and carrier schedules to optimise cost and performance.
• Monitor shipment status, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock‑control processes.
• Experience handling freight and shipping documentation.
• Familiarity with Free Zone/bonded warehouse regulations.
• Immediately available and able to work onsite in Dubai.
