Logistics Coordinator / Supervisor – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

ASGC is looking for a proactive Logistics Coordinator / Supervisor to drive the efficient delivery of major infrastructure and construction projects across Dubai. You will manage material flow, transportation, and site operations while ensuring compliance with project schedules, safety standards, and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement project logistics plans and site logistics strategies.
• Coordinate material deliveries, transportation schedules, and equipment mobilization.
• Monitor inventory levels, warehouse activities, and material availability to support project execution.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, delivery documentation, and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, project specifications, and authority regulations.
• Support cost‑optimization initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
• Resolve logistics‑related challenges to minimise project delays.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or construction operations, preferably in the UAE/GCC.
• Proven experience supporting major infrastructure and civil construction projects.
• Working knowledge of RTA, Dubai Municipality and other relevant authority requirements.
• Strong background in logistics planning, material control, transportation and site coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including project teams, suppliers and subcontractors.
