Logistics Executive – Dubai

About the role

Noorka Logistics is looking for a proactive Logistics Executive to join its operations team in Dubai. You will be responsible for coordinating shipments, transportation schedules, and delivery activities while ensuring smooth supply‑chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics, shipment, transportation, and delivery activities.
• Plan and monitor shipment schedules to guarantee timely movement of goods.
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse teams, suppliers, customers, and transport partners.
• Track shipments and provide regular status updates to customers and management.
• Prepare and maintain delivery notes, invoices, shipping documents, and logistics records.
• Verify shipment quantities, delivery details, and supporting documentation.
• Oversee loading, unloading, collection, and delivery operations.
• Monitor delivery delays, shipment discrepancies, and transportation issues, arranging suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, vehicle movements, and logistics activities.
• Assist in monitoring transportation costs and identifying efficiency improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation or supply‑chain operations.
• Good knowledge of shipment coordination, transportation procedures and logistics documentation.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with Dubai routes and UAE logistics regulations is an advantage.
