Logistics Executive

About the role

The Logistics Executive will manage day‑to‑day logistics operations for Al‑Futtaim’s premium fashion and department store portfolio. Working closely with Assistant Logistics Managers, you will ensure timely and complete delivery of merchandise from origin to store, as well as handling store returns across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments from global vendors to stores in UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Qatar and Kuwait.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with government and customs regulations for each destination.
• Liaise with buyers, logistics providers, certification agencies, SASO agents, warehouses and relevant authorities.
• Monitor and resolve any issues affecting on‑time, in‑full (OTIF) deliveries.
• Support the preparation of reports on logistics performance and compliance.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of international freight, customs clearance and regional logistics processes.
• Excellent coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Experience in fashion or retail logistics preferred but not mandatory.
