Logistics Executive / Logistics Coordinator – Hindi Speakers

About the role

The Logistics Executive / Coordinator will manage end‑to‑end logistics operations for both local and international markets, ensuring smooth shipment planning, documentation, warehouse handling and delivery execution. The role requires fluency in Hindi and strong coordination with freight forwarders, customs agents and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters and clearing agents.
• Track shipments, manage delivery schedules and calculate landing costs.
• Prepare and verify commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, delivery orders and other customs documents.
• Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and liaise with customs clearing agents.
• Work with warehouse teams for receiving, storage and dispatch; monitor batch‑wise inventory and expiry dates.
• Update shipment and inventory transactions in the ERP system (ASN, MIT, MRN) and generate logistics reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, import/export or warehouse operations within the UAE.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems such as Focus Softnet, SAP or Oracle.
• Strong documentation and coordination abilities.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
