Logistics & Fulfilment Manager

About the role

The Logistics & Fulfilment Manager will lead end‑to‑end logistics operations for a fast‑growing organisation in Dubai. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures orders are processed, packed, shipped and delivered accurately and on time while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee order processing, picking, packing, shipping and delivery coordination.
• Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movement and optimise warehouse layout.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners and internal teams to meet service‑level targets.
• Resolve fulfilment issues and handle escalated delivery‑related customer inquiries.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Continuously review processes, implement improvements and use data to boost efficiency, cut costs and enhance the customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong logistics and supply‑chain management expertise.
• Solid inventory management experience and practical procurement knowledge.
• Relevant experience in logistics, warehousing or fulfilment, preferably in retail, e‑commerce or technology.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities with proficiency in ERP or inventory systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai, manage a fast‑paced environment and occasional extended hours.
