Logistics Sales Executive

About the role

The Logistics Sales Executive will work from our Dubai office to drive new business for Domkoly Shipping’s freight forwarding and logistics services. You will identify prospects, build relationships, and promote our air, sea and land transportation solutions across the Middle East, Asia and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and cold‑call potential clients to generate qualified leads.
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals and negotiate rates and contracts.
• Follow up on leads, convert them into long‑term customers and manage accounts.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution and high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to support revenue growth.
• Maintain CRM records, track opportunities and produce regular sales reports.

Required profile

• Proven sales and business development experience in logistics, freight forwarding or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping, trade routes and customs processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
