Logistics Supervisor (UAE National)

About the role

Amazon is looking for a Logistics Supervisor who is an UAE national to lead a team of associates in delivering world‑class customer experiences. The role focuses on safety, quality, and efficient order fulfillment while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities.
• Manage, coach, and train associates to meet service standards.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled according to quality and safety guidelines.
• Provide shift‑related information to frontline management and operators.
• Adjust labor allocation during shifts to meet or exceed plans and forecasts.
• Collaborate with support functions to resolve performance issues, including process readiness, 5S, safety, and training.

Required profile

• Experience building and managing teams.
• Proven track record with performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean methodologies.
• UAE national with a valid Family Book.
