Loss Prevention Supervisor

About the role

The Loss Prevention Supervisor ensures the safety and security of guests, employees, and assets at JW Marriott Dubai. You will patrol the property, manage access to secured areas, and lead emergency response initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the hotel, secure rooms and monitor CCTV and alarm systems.
• Conduct emergency response drills, daily safety inspections, investigations and key‑control audits.
• Authorize, monitor and document access to restricted zones.
• Assist guests and staff during emergencies, provide first aid/CPR and coordinate with EMS.
• Gather information, complete incident reports and maintain confidentiality of all documentation.
• Defuse disturbances, resolve safety hazards, handle complaints and escort unwelcome persons.
• Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage control laws and relevant licensing requirements.
• Support management in training, coaching and motivating security staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months (2 years) of experience in loss prevention, security or related field.
• Ability to respond quickly to emergencies and administer first aid/CPR.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Relevant licensing or registration may be required depending on local regulations.
