LSG Field Application Team Lead

About the role

Bio‑Rad is seeking a strategic and technically skilled Field Application Team Lead to champion its Life Science portfolio across the Channel Partner region. You will act as the bridge between commercial, marketing and technical teams, driving product adoption and delivering customer‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the commercial team to define long‑term product strategies and create customer‑centric solutions for the life‑science portfolio.
• Partner with marketing to capture Voice of Customer insights, analyse market trends and translate findings into actionable plans.
• Support regional tender requirements by providing product specifications, documentation and timely responses.
• Work with the sales team to develop tailored sales tools and incorporate feedback into product offerings.
• Coordinate training programmes and webinars for internal stakeholders and channel partners, ensuring up‑to‑date technical knowledge.
• Provide technical content and support for local events in collaboration with Field Application Specialists and marketing.
• Develop and nurture relationships with channel partners to drive collaborative promotional programs.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences or equivalent experience.
• 5‑10 years of product knowledge in genomics or proteomics instrumentation (e.g., ddPCR, PCR, NGS, chromatography, Western blotting).
• Proven ability to operate effectively across cultures and diverse functions.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
