Luggage Coordinator – Front Services

About the role

The Luggage Coordinator supports Front Services at Atlantis The Royal, ensuring guest luggage is handled efficiently and with the highest level of service. You will manage the flow of luggage deliveries and dispatches, coordinate with Bellmen, and maintain accurate operational records.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily luggage handling activities, optimizing delivery and dispatch times.
• Record, evaluate, and report operational details to the Assistant Manager, Front Services.
• Allocate tasks fairly among Bellmen and monitor performance.
• Provide five‑star service in a guest‑facing environment, addressing any luggage‑related issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate logs and ensure compliance with hotel standards.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience in hospitality or luggage handling.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to read social situations.
• Passion for delivering first‑class customer service.

• Computer literacy.
