Luxury Butler – Female

About the role

We are looking for a highly professional Female Butler to join the elite service team at Sofitel Dubai The Palm. In this luxury setting you will deliver personalized, discreet service that exceeds the expectations of our discerning guests.

Key responsibilities

• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs with meticulous attention to detail.
• Manage guest requests such as packing/unpacking, laundry, and personal shopping.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain immaculate guest suites and common areas.
• Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages as required.
• Assist with planning and execution of private events.
• Handle guest correspondence, manage schedules, and maintain accurate preference records.
• Collaborate with team members to create a luxurious guest experience.
• Adapt quickly to changing situations while maintaining professionalism.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Butler or in a comparable high‑end hospitality role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Expertise in etiquette, protocol, and luxury service standards.
• Discretion, confidentiality, and professional appearance at all times.
• Excellent time‑management, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lb.
• Flexibility to work rotating schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
• Basic computer skills for guest correspondence and record‑keeping.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
