Luxury Fashion Pattern Maker

About the role

The Fashion Pattern Maker will translate design concepts into precise patterns for high‑end ready‑to‑wear garments. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Dubai and requires close collaboration with designers, sample makers and the production team throughout the collection development cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and develop patterns using both traditional methods and CAD tools.
• Conduct fittings, adjust patterns for optimal fit and comfort, and ensure technical accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with designers, sample makers and production partners to meet collection launch timelines.
• Maintain luxury‑quality standards across all pieces and participate in sample development.

Required profile

• Strong background in pattern making and design for luxury ready‑to‑wear garments.
• Proficiency in fitting, garment construction and hands‑on sewing for sample creation.
• Experience using CAD software for pattern drafting, grading and technical documentation.
• Previous experience in luxury or high‑end fashion environments, preferably with ready‑to‑wear collections.
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines and effective communication skills.
• Relevant education or training in fashion design, pattern cutting or garment technology is highly preferred.
