Luxury Real Estate Finance Manager

About the role

AHS, a Dubai‑based ultra‑luxury real estate group, seeks a Finance Manager to drive financial performance of high‑value projects, support strategic decisions and strengthen reporting and control across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounting, financial control and month‑end/quarter‑end/year‑end closings for all projects and group entities.
• Prepare IFRS‑compliant consolidated statements, revenue recognition and oversee escrow, VAT and corporate tax filings.
• Track project costs, cost‑to‑complete, profitability and budget versus actual variances.
• Coordinate statutory, escrow, regulatory and bank audits as the primary auditor contact.
• Lead annual budgets, re‑forecasts, cash‑flow forecasts and produce monthly MIS reports with variance analysis.
• Supervise accounts payable/receivable, contractor payments and manage ERP system automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years finance experience in luxury real estate, including reporting, MIS, taxation and audits.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control and project‑based accounting.
• Experience working with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP platforms such as Dynamics 365 or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, FTA compliance and RERA regulations.
