Luxury Retail Recruitment Consultant Intern

About the role

Join the Luxury Retail recruitment team in Dubai as an intern and work side‑by‑side with experienced consultants. You will be involved in real recruitment projects for top fashion, jewellery, watch and beauty brands across the Middle East, gaining hands‑on exposure from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Research the luxury market and identify potential candidates.
• Source and approach candidates on various platforms.
• Conduct initial conversations to understand experience and career motivations.
• Support live recruitment assignments and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and provide day‑to‑day recruitment support.
• Gradually take on additional responsibilities as you develop.

Required profile

• Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people.
• Outgoing, positive, and comfortable initiating conversations.
• Strong work ethic, ownership, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Organised, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Quick learner who does not need constant supervision.
• Motivated to grow a career in recruitment within a target‑driven setting.
