Maintenance Planner – Aviation

About the role

The Maintenance Planner will support a leading VVIP aviation client in Dubai by coordinating all maintenance planning activities for single or multiple aircraft types. You will ensure that maintenance programmes are accurately translated into work packs and that all regulatory and client requirements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Review and compile line and base maintenance work packs, liaising with the AMO.
• Maintain compliance with the Aircraft Maintenance Programme and update work packs after revisions.
• Determine maintenance check flight requirements and certify aircraft status reports.
• Generate and certify initial CoR, CoA, and ARC reports and ensure accurate log‑book entries.
• Control variations to scheduled tasks and manage on‑site liaison for major maintenance at third‑party facilities.
• Deputise for the Planning Manager when required.
• Assess technical publications (ADs, SBs, SILs) and participate in modification review boards.
• Maintain aircraft configuration control within the M&E tracking system.

Required profile

• Minimum five years (60 months) of experience in aircraft maintenance planning.
• Strong knowledge of GCAA CAR M and S‑1.CAMO regulations.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with OEMs, STCs, and internal teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
