Maintenance Technician – Production & Packaging

About the role

As a Maintenance Technician at Capri‑Sun, you will ensure the smooth operation of our production lines, minimizing downtime and supporting the delivery of high‑quality kids drinks. You will work hands‑on with a variety of equipment, from filling plants to water‑treatment systems, in a fast‑paced, sustainability‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and servicing of filling, packaging, mixing, RO, water‑treatment, and sugar‑dissolving systems.
• Diagnose faults, troubleshoot and resolve issues on production lines and machinery.
• Conduct regular inspections, identify potential problems, and schedule preventive maintenance.
• Document all maintenance activities and ensure compliance with critical control point (CCP) monitoring.
• Respond to breakdown calls from plant operators and execute timely repairs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Electrical and instrumentation maintenance.
• Mechatronics systems knowledge.
• Proficiency with MS Office for reporting.
