Management Accountant

About the role

Luxury Promise, a global luxury live‑commerce business, is seeking a Management Accountant to support the Head of Finance and provide financial reporting across all departments. Based in Dubai, the role has a global remit covering the UAE and other markets.

Key responsibilities

• Weekly sales and margin performance and trend reporting to the sales team.
• Preparation of consolidated and single‑entity management accounts, including balance‑sheet, sales and margin reconciliations.
• Quarterly re‑forecast and annual budgeting of all main financial statements, cash‑flow and variance analysis.
• Liquidity reporting on cash and inventory assets as required.
• Ongoing review and reconciliation of balance‑sheet accounts to maintain a live business snapshot.
• Balance‑sheet‑level inventory reconciliation to physical counts, review of stock adjustments and investigation of variances.
• Analysis of spending data to support cost control.
• Preparation, review and compliance of tax filing data.
• Liaison with year‑end auditors and management of audit information requests.
• Acting as a finance business partner to other departments, providing needed financial information.
• Monthly sales commission calculations.
• Assist the Head of Finance with implementation and monitoring of improved finance processes and automation.

Required profile

• Professional qualification from a globally recognised accounting body such as ACCA, ACA or CIMA.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in management accounting, financial control or finance business partnering.
• Experience in balance‑sheet‑level inventory accounting and variance review.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to reprioritise workload and adapt to change.
