Management Consultant – Financial Advisory (Dubai)

About the role

CAPEX AUDITNG is seeking a full‑time Management Consultant to join its Dubai office. You will work closely with clients to improve financial management, streamline business processes, and boost organisational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client operations, identifying risks, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations that translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Support the implementation of process improvements in collaboration with internal audit, tax and accounting teams.
• Engage with clients to understand strategic objectives and ensure proposed solutions align with regulatory requirements and market trends.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented changes, providing ongoing guidance as needed.

Required profile

• Strong analytical abilities, including data interpretation, problem‑solving and quantitative analysis.
• Experience in management consulting, audit, advisory or professional services within finance.
• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA or CMA are advantageous.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
