Manager - Capital Markets & FX Solutions

About the role

The Manager – Capital Markets & FX Solutions will support the Wealth Management Products Team in Abu Dhabi by developing and launching new capital markets products, focusing on Sukuk, structured products and FX solutions. The role ensures product performance monitoring, regulatory compliance and end‑to‑end lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and analyse investment ideas aligned with client needs and macro‑economic trends.
• Promote capital markets products (Sukuk, structured products, FX) through frontline engagement.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to post‑sale monitoring.
• Train and develop distribution channels on new and existing products.
• Coordinate with back‑office and middle‑office for smooth operations and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate product documentation and obtain necessary regulatory approvals.
• Develop marketing and promotional materials for assigned products.
• Support client meetings and strengthen relationships with third‑party providers.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field; CFA preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in wealth management, investment management or investment banking.
• Client‑centric mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• High integrity and professionalism, with a focus on Sharia and regulatory compliance.
