Manager, Capital Structure Advisory

About the role

The Manager, Capital Structure Advisory will lead the design and implementation of robust financial structures for ADNOC Group. This senior position supports investment decisions, financing strategies, and credit rating management in line with the company’s financing policy.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate rigorous financial structures by evaluating investment proposals and financing opportunities.
• Develop and present alternative refinancing and debt‑restructuring options for ADNOC and its group companies.
• Provide advisory services to Group Company CFOs on capital structuring and financing decisions.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining ADNOC’s credit rating, including preparation of annual rating reviews.
• Lead analysis of innovative financing solutions to meet project funding requirements.
• Support implementation of investment strategies such as joint ventures, spin‑offs, and M&A.
• Maintain a comprehensive view of capital structure and financing costs across the ADNOC Group.
• Coordinate balance‑sheet analyses and recommend appropriate financing plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading capital‑structure formulation and financing analysis.
• Strong background in corporate finance, debt markets, and credit rating processes.
• Ability to advise senior finance leaders and influence financing decisions.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills for presenting complex financial options.
